Currently, FlipSeats only integrates with Ticketmaster Account Manager (season ticket holder accounts). If you have individual game tickets that are not in Account Manager, we cannot yet support resale.

Tickets in your team’s Ticketmaster Account Manager can be listed through FlipSeats, as long as the team or venue allows the option for resale (some teams have elected to turn off this ability).

No, unfortunately, FlipSeats is currently only available to season ticket holders with access to Ticketmaster Account Manager.

Once your tickets sell, you don’t need to transfer your tickets to the buyer or take any additional action. FlipSeats will remove the listing from all other marketplaces, transfer the tickets to the buyer, and collect payment for you. After your tickets sell, simply sit back, relax, and wait for payment!

FlipSeats issues payment directly to your bank account 5-8 days after the event occurs. This is standard among many marketplaces, as it ensures the event is not canceled/rescheduled and that there are no challenges with ticket transfers to the buyer.

To receive payment, you’ll be prompted to securely connect your bank account via Plaid, which will safely store your payment information. For your security, FlipSeats never sees any information entered into Plaid.
